Dr. Vir Vikram has obtained his PhD from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana affiliated to Baba Farid medical university India. Presently he is working as Director cum Principal at SVS paramedical College Sundharbani India
He has vast experience of 21 years of acute-care/hospital/teaching/industry. Thorough knowledge of Therapeutics, Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, Clinical research, Drug Discovery, Toxicology, computerized drug-distribution systems, drug-utilization evaluation, complex equipment and delivery systems, emerging medications, Drug & Poison Information services and regulations governing pharmacy services. Serves as an effective liaison between the healthcare team and the community to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes.
His Received 2 time Best Poster award in National Conferences. And Received 2 time Appreciation awards in Sponsored programmes. He was the 3 times Chairperson in International Conferences, and 9 time Invited speaker in International Conferences/Workshops at Malaysia, Taiwan, Dubai, Myanmar. He published his research papers in National Journals and International Journals , Book Chapters even one book. He proceed more than 20 conferences national as well international
He is working on diabetic nephropathy and he has got 2 times national awards for his research work. Endocrinology and its functioning always fascinate him. More he read about it, more he want to know about it. He believes it is the most complex organ made by the nature and he is interested in having closer look at these mysteries. He would be happy if he could contribute in the understandings of endocrinology functioning, particularly into the molecular basis of diabetic disorders.
